We want you to be delighted with both your purchase and the buying experience we provide. That’s why we’ll guarantee it with money back if things don’t go to plan and it’s our fault.

If any of the following happen, we’ll give you 10% of your purchase price back as a voucher to spend on anything you like.

  • We don’t have the stock we said we did
  • We don’t dispatch on time
  • We send you the wrong item or quantity

We don’t have the stock we said we did

This means the item was listed in stock at the time of purchase. This doesn’t apply where you ordered more than one item and we had too few available - you'll have been shown a message at the basket in this case.

We don’t dispatch on time

This applies if you order in stock items. and complete payment before our published cut-off time and choose a premium delivery service (e.g. next working day) and we don’t manage to get your order out the door when we said we would.

Some items are not available on a next day service, this is be specified on the product page and basket.

Payments may be subject to security checks and finance orders must be cleared by the lender. Note we don’t dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

We will occasionally publish a message warning of possible dispatch issues e.g. for severe winter weather - this guarantee doesn't cover these types of events. 

We send you the wrong item or quantity

If you order the wrong item, it doesn’t count! We may also send you a reduced quantity where you have ordered more items than we have available i.e. some are back-ordered.
