Christmas Delivery Cut-off: Order in stock products before 4pm, Friday 21st December and select a premium (Next Working Day, Saturday or Sunday) delivery option for dispatch in time to arrive on or before Monday 24th December.
Large and Bulky Items: These can often be delivered next day, but this is not guaranteed, so please allow an extra day or two.
Customer Collections: We are open for collection orders as normal until 5pm Monday 24th December. We are closed on the December and January public holidays.
Other Orders: Direct delivery, special or back order items may take longer than normal as our suppliers often close over the holiday period.
We will continue to dispatch orders placed up to 4pm Monday 24th December. We will then dispatch orders on 27th, 28th and 31st December 2018, before returning to normal service from 2nd January 2019. No orders will be dispatched on public holidays.
For most deliveries, we use DPD, Royal Mail or TNT. Delivery schedules will vary by carrier and your location. See the websites below for any service updates.
Free next working day delivery when you spend over £50. We use the award winning DPD (voted best delivery company, Which! October 2014) as our courier of choice, with a one hour delivery window available when you provide a mobile number. Services available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) to most mainland UK addresses for in stock items ordered before our cut-off. Terms apply.
Next day delivery is not available on all items. Please see the product page or basket to find out if your order qualifies.
Smaller standard orders will be delivered by Royal Mail (First Class), other orders are usually delivered by DPD.
Large or bulky items will usually ship with TNT, but delivery method may vary depending on your location and order.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday on the same day and other orders on the following day. Dispatch times are guaranteed to customers who choose an expedited delivery service, subject to stock and published cut-off times. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be dispatched from the next available working day. During peak times non-expedited orders may take a little longer to process. Remote destinations may require additional time for delivery. Occasionally security checks by card issuers or our finance company may delay dispatch.
If a standard delivery option is chosen large or valuable items will be sent via a courier service and will require a signature on arrival. Smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class post and will usually arrive the day after dispatch, though this may vary. Please allow up to a maximum of seven days for delivery of any small item sent via Royal Mail.
This usually applies to orders containing custom built, heavy or large items (e.g assembled furniture) which require a specialist delivery. Orders will be dispatched directly from our supplier. We'll show this on the product listing page and when you reach the basket. For such orders dispatch times may vary. Please contact us or check the product listing page for information on specific items.
For items not currently in stock you may pre-order or back-order from us. Well keep you informed throughout with estimated delivery times.
If you place an order that contains a mixture of pre/back-order, direct delivery and in stock items we will usually dispatch items as they become available, if you prefer to receive all your items at once, please let us know.

We can deliver standard sized items to all postcodes. Additional charges may apply.

We don't currently dispatch to the Channel Islands.

We have a fully stocked showroom and demonstration facilities. We welcome customers who wish to collect their orders. There are no costs for collection and you'll pay the same prices as seen on our website. Free parking is available. Please contact us if you require any more information. We take the security of your orders and payment details seriously. As part of our policy of actively tackling fraudulent transactions, a few limitations exist for deliveries to alternate addresses.
For card payments, we can deliver to the cardholder's address or alternatively to a work address.
For finance purchases we can only deliver to the named applicant's home address.
If you wish to specify an alternative address, we can deliver to any verified address if you choose to pay with PayPal.
Standard delivery is free for all orders to most UK mainland addresses. All other delivery prices are determined by the destination, the service chosen and the value and weight of your order. Addresses in the Scottish Highlands, offshore and Northern Ireland may incur additional delivery costs, depending on the items ordered. Prices are calculated at the basket for all services and destinations.
We do not deliver any items outside of the United Kingdom.
Our prices are in GBP and include UK VAT.
We do not export goods. If you choose to export yourself, you may be liable to pay import duties and other taxes if you import goods into your country. We are unable to offer tax advice or adjustments.
We do not participate in the Retail Export Scheme, this scheme doesn't apply to mail order goods, including internet sales.
