A most recent recipient of a five star What Hi-Fi review, the C446 sticks firmly to NAD's blueprint of steering away from gimmicky supplimentary features with the focus firmly on audio finesse and quality of build. Full network streaming capability over a plethora of platforms.

Traditionally, the tuner's job was simplified but with modern sources of audio entertainment available in many different ways it takes a remarkable piece of kit to carry out all these complex tasks well. The NAD C446 has the ability to bring together the endless supply of internet radio, DAB, on-demand content such as podcasts and your own music stored on a network attached computer or drive. NAD also never lose sight of the need for delivering these audio platforms in hi-fi level quality.

Connectivity is uncomplicated which is a godsend to enthusiasts who aren't as technically gifted. The digital streamer can be either hard-wired via ethernet cable or wirelessly. Ultimately the NAD C446 is a fantastic, high-performance hi-fi component which should be deeply considered by any serious audiophile with a desire to keep a vintage or top-end system up with the times.
