I placed an order with you several weeks ago and I paid for Saturday delivery, the order did not arrive until the following Monday. I rang and spoke to Emma who without question said she would refund the charge for the Saturday delivery, I said don't worry I have another order to place if you could delivery this on Saturday can you just cross the charge over to the new order. Emma told me to put this on the comments box when I placed the order. I am pleased to say that the order did arrive on the Saturday as promised and I would like to thank Emma for this.
