From start to finish, shopping with you is efficient & painless; well designed website, a huge range of high quality products, detailed technical descriptions of every product & fantastic delivery times; never have I had to wait more than 2 days for a delivery and there's no delivery charge either! Even when I've received a faulty product (only the once - optical cables aren't the most robust of products) a quick phone call with a polite & helpful staff member & a replacement cable was on its way; fantastic.
