CAT_Custom_CableThe classic Havana audio cable uses a twisted four conductor configuration with a High density polyethylene dielectric (or the bit that surrounds the conductors). Surrounding this is a high density OFC braid and then the Havana trademark loose wrap mylar foil shield. This is covered by a translucent black PVC jacket which gives the cable its 'cigar' like appearance.

Balanced XLR audio cables are used in professional audio environments for their build quality and
interference reduction. Top-end hi-fi manufacturers often include XLR as a connection option for consumers who want to take advantage of these good quality connectors.

When ordering ensure you choose the correct option for your equipment. The female plugs will generally be used to connect to an output of a device such as a CD player. The male plugs will generally be used to connect to the input of a device like a power amp for example so male to female is what is usually required, but this may be different for XLR to RCA cables depending what devices are to be connected. Supplied as a stereo pair.
