Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will be shipped same day (subject to goods and courier availability)
Parcels below the value of £25 are shipped via Royal mail first class delivery. Certain items will also be sent special next day delivery at no extra charge, this is done at our own discretion but can also be chosen during checkout for an extra £4.70 on any order value.
If you need something fast, for an install or a holiday for example we highly recommend you take out the option for special delivery during checkout as otherwise we cannot specify any exact delivery date as your parcel is part of the standard UK mail service which although generally very fast can be subject to holdups (more so during Christmas holiday period).
Any large orders which weigh over 2KG are sent at no extra charge via courier service. This is usually a 24hr service from dispatch date and will always require a signature on delivery.
Most products are usually delivered in 1 -5 working days. Occasionally due to postal delays they can take longer. We have to allow up to 14 days before we are able to start tracing lost parcels, unfortunately we cannot do anything for you until this time has expired. Please contact us if you do not receive your item(s) within this period so we can help to retrieve your goods. We apologies for any delay. Please note that in certain busy periods delays may occur on custom made products, we will endeavour to ship custom orders within 2 working days.
Overseas shipping of electrical items and av furniture
Unfortunately, due to the lack of shipping insurance for overseas orders we can now only supply UK mainland addresses with electrical and large av furniture items. Any orders placed will be automatically refunded if they include electronics or furniture (this includes speaker systems)

Returns Information
Faulty Items
If you think any item supplied within your order is faulty please contact us directly within the first month of purchase and we will endeavour to provide technical assistance over the telephone. If we are not able to help we will then authorise a returns number. Please use a recorded delivery service for all returns and once we have tested the item and found it to be indeed at fault we will refund this charge (please note that courier charges and royal mail special delivery charges are not included unless with prior agreement of our team). Once tested we will inform you by email or telephone of the results and offer you either a replacement item or refund. Goods received after the first month and within warranty period (a minimum of one full year) may need to be tested by manufacturer but we will do all we can at our end to swiftly resolve any issues that have occurred.
Returns - Non Faulty Items
If you are not happy with any item supplied you are within your rights to return it to us for a full refund or store credit. To do so we would ask you to notify us in writing (email or letter) within 7 working days of receipt. Please ensure that any return is packaged well to avoid damage and include everything that was supplied (all manuals, cables, remote controls etc must be returned), you are liable for these return costs and we strongly suggest using some type of recorded delivery service.
Please also note that any product that has been custom made or cut to a specific length requirement is not covered by the above policy and is non refundable.
