Collection in Person
We have a fully stocked showroom and demonstration facilities. We welcome customers who wish to collect their orders. Please contact us if you require any more information.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are determined by the delivery destination, the service chosen and the value and weight of your order. Standard UK delivery is free for orders over £10 to most UK mainland addresses and £1 for those below this value. Addresses in the Scottish Highlands, offshore and Northern Ireland may incur additional delivery costs, depending on the items ordered. Prices are calculated at the basket for all services and destinations.
Delivery Within the UK
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday on the same day and other orders on the following day. Same day dispatch is guaranteed to customers who choose a next day delivery service, subject to stock. During peak times non-expedited orders may take a little longer. Remote destinations may require additional time for delivery.
For certain items, such as made-to-order products or large items of furniture which require a specialist delivery, dispatch times may vary.
If a standard delivery option is chosen large or valuable items will be sent via a courier service and will require a signature on arrival. Smaller items will be sent Royal Mail and no guaranteed delivery timescales are available for standard services.
Delivery to Other Destinations
At present we can only deliver smaller items, such as accessories, to destinations in Europe and beyond. Larger items such as furniture, electronics and speakers are only available to the UK.
Exports and Taxes
We are unable to offer any refunds or deductions of VAT for export orders or deliveries, nor can we offer any advice on customs charges or local taxes you may become liable for when exporting goods from the UK. |
