Delivery

Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will be shipped same day (subject to goods and courier availability)

Parcels below the value of £25 are shipped via Royal mail first class delivery. Over this value we automatically add recorded delivery at no extra charge. Certain items will also be sent special next day delivery at no extra charge, this is done at our own discretion but can also be chosen during checkout for an extra £4.70 on any order value.

If you need something fast, for an install or a holiday for example we highly recommend you take out the option for special delivery during checkout as otherwise we cannot specify any exact delivery date as your parcel is part of the standard UK mail service which although generally very fast can be subject to holdups (more so during Christmas holiday period).

Any large orders which weigh over 2KG are sent at no extra charge via courier service. This is usually a 24hr service from dispatch date and will always require a signature on delivery.

Most products are usually delivered in 1 -5 working days. Occasionally due to postal delays they can take longer. We have to allow up to 14 days before we are able to start tracing lost parcels, unfortunately we cannot do anything for you until this time has expired. Please contact us if you do not receive your item(s) within this period so we can help to retrieve your goods. We apologies for any delay.

Overseas shipping of electrical items and av furniture

Unfortunately, due to the lack of shipping insurance for overseas orders we can now only supply UK mainland addresses with electrical and large av furniture items. Any orders placed will be automatically refunded if they include electronics or furniture (this includes speaker systems)

Delivery Costs

Faulty items can be returned for a full refund or replacement at the discretion of the customer. Any unopened and unused Item can be returned within 7 days for a full refund. Returned items will be checked and if found to be used or opened no refund will be given and a charge to re-post will be made. Audiovisual Online will not be responsible for any return costs in this situation. You must notify in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods if you wish to return part or all of your order. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Any goods returned after the 7 day period will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. We must be able to resell goods in as 'new condition'. Any goods where packaging has been damaged and therefore rendered un-resalable will not be refunded. Please make sure you have purchased the correct item for your needs before opening any packaging.

Please note that custom made cables or any cut to length cable is non refundable.
