Delivery
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will be shipped same day (subject to goods and courier availability)
Most parcels are shipped via Royal mail first class delivery. Certain items will also be sent next day delivery at no extra charge, this is done at our own discretion but can also be chosen during checkout for an extra £5.00 on any order value.This includes the DPD Premium Delivery Service which means that you do not have to wait in all day for your order to arrive. On the morning of your delivery DPD will send you a text to let you know a 1 hour slot for your delivery - if this slot is not suitable for you it can easily be changed. Also, we will email you with details of the consignment number so that you can track the delivery online.
Any large orders which weigh over 2KG are sent at no extra charge via courier service. This is usually a 24hr service from dispatch date and will always require a signature on delivery.
Most products are usually delivered within 1-5 working days. Occasionally due to postal delays they can take longer. For items sent via Royal Mail we have to allow up to 14 days before we are able to start tracing lost parcels, unfortunately we cannot do anything for you until this time has expired. Please contact us if you do not receive your item(s) within this period so we can help to retrieve your goods. Please note that in certain busy periods delays may occur on custom made products, we will endeavour to ship custom orders within 2 working days.
Overseas shipping of electrical items and AV Furniture
Unfortunately, due to the lack of appropriate shipping insurance for overseas orders we can now only supply electrical and large av furniture items to UK mainland addresses. Any orders placed will be automatically refunded if they include electronics or furniture (this includes speaker systems.)

*You may be asked to pay a surcharge if a courier delivery is necessary (usually for larger deliveries rather than packet post). We deal with this on a case by case basis depending on the size and value of the order.
Returns

Faulty Items
If you think any item supplied within your order is faulty please contact us directly within the first month of purchase and we will endeavour to provide technical assistance over the telephone. If we are not able to help we will then authorise a returns number. Please use a recorded delivery service for all returns and once we have tested the item and found it to be indeed at fault we will refund this charge (please note that courier charges and royal mail special delivery charges are not included unless with prior agreement of our team). Once tested we will inform you by email or telephone of the results and offer you either a replacement item or refund. Goods received after the first month and within warranty period (a minimum of one full year) may need to be tested by manufacturer but we will do all we can at our end to swiftly resolve any issues that have occurred.
Returns - Non Faulty Items*
If you are not happy with any item supplied you are within your rights to return it to us for a full refund** or store credit. To do so we would ask you to notify us in writing (email or letter) within 7 working days of receipt. Please ensure that any return is packaged well to avoid damage and include everything that was supplied (all manuals, cables, remote controls etc must be returned), you are liable for these return costs and we strongly suggest using some type of recorded delivery service.
* Please also note that any product that has been custom made or cut to a specific length requirement is not covered by the above policy and is non refundable.
** We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for items which have been used, where the packaging has been damaged or lost or where the item has not been reasonably taken care of.
