Van Damme is a range of cables produced by VDC. The company was formed in October 1987. The organic growth of the company has never really slowed since those early years. It was just a matter of months before a lease was taken up on a small industrial ‘seedbed’ unit in Camden Town, North London. Several months after that they produced their first catalogue, some 25 photocopied pages in a plastic sleeve. Today, they are a very progressive organisation who pride themselves on the quality of their products and the integrity of their commitment.
VDC connect the business world and if there is sound, vision, recording or any type of presentation or performance, then at some level VDC products are likely to be at work. There customers range from blue chip corporations, Government installations, medical equipment manufacturers and education authorities.
However, they do specialise in a variety of different fields. For example, their Van Damme Cable and VDM Multipole touring systems are unparalleled in quality and reliability. They are used extensively by major performing and recording artists around the world.
